Products Policy
We provide a “Three Guarantees” policy and a one-year warranty (commencing upon successful product acceptance). Our company shall bear all costs incurred during the warranty period; for equipment repairs and maintenance beyond the warranty period, we charge only for spare parts and on-site service.
Technical Support
Each machine also will be under no less than 5 rounds of inspection and commission. Which is also calibrated before the delivery. They work perfectly when they delivery to you. All standard accessories are offered together with the machine.
