[Scope of Application]: It is used to determine the surface wetting resistance (spray rating) of various fabrics, whether or not they have undergone water-resistant or water-repellent finishing.

1. Standard specifications require the spray nozzle to feature: 12 holes (0.9 mm diameter) on a 21.4 mm circumference, 6 holes (0.9 mm diameter) on a 10 mm circumference, and 1 central hole.

Upon pouring 250 ml of water into the funnel, the continuous spray duration must fall between 25 and 30 seconds. However, spray heads from other manufacturers often fail to meet this requirement due to the extremely high precision demanded by the manufacturing process. Our own spray heads face a 50% rejection rate during factory quality control. Since many manufacturers are unwilling to invest heavily in such a small instrument, organizations with stringent equipment requirements—such as accredited third-party testing agencies—choose our model.
