In 2023, a group of seven young professionals—including key members of the technical department—founded a joint-stock company with a flat management structure, driven by the vision of providing customers with high-end specifications, affordable lab test instruments.
This move marked a complete departure from the high-cost, family-run management model of their predecessor, a company that had spent 28 years as an OEM manufacturer for the Chinese textile testing instrument industry. Wenzhou Zhenchen Instrument Co., Ltd. is now recognized as a “National High-Tech Enterprise” and a “Zhejiang Science and Technology-based SME.” To align with its strategic development roadmap, the company acquired nearly 10,000 square meters of modern, standardized factory facility, comprehensively upgrading its hardware infrastructure and laying a solid foundation for elevating its industrial capabilities.
